Sustainable practices and locally sourced meats are highlighted in this dinner featuring Farmer’s and their workplaces. We will be featuring a menu with the different meats that hail from these Farms that have made a commitment to ethical practices and quality. Three of the Farmers will be in attendance to put a face to the Farms and answer questions about agricultural curiosities. This event is food centric, so we will allow for each person to decide if they would like to pair the dinner with either beer or wine. Reservations for this event are required by advance purchase.
