What is your Customer Satisfaction Policy?

If you anticipate any special concerns or needs, or have comments or suggestions about your order, please be sure to type them in the Order Comments section at Checkout.

After you receive your order…

Class and Event ticket purchases cannot be refunded or exchanged. If you are dissatisfied with a signature apparel item from, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt of your order, and we will refund or replace the order. If it appears your package was damaged during transit, please keep all packaging and contact us within two days of receipt. You can expect a response to your email within 24 hours.


When can I expect my package to arrive?

We use the U.S. Postal Service’s First Class or Standard Post for gift cards, apparel, event or class tickets and other non-perishable items; this method is the most economical for you. Orders shipped this way will arrive in 2-8 business days.

Where do you ship?

At this time, we ship anywhere within the continental United States. If you would like to ship your gifts to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada, please contact us by way of e-mail, [email protected]

Who does your shipping?

We use the U.S. Postal Service to ship our packages. Based on our experience, they are the most reliable and economical for you.

Do you run Flat Rate or Free Shipping specials?

From time to time, thelaundrygoods will offer Flat Rate or Free Shipping specials. The charge is per delivery address. You can order as much as you’d like and pay one flat rate. The items in your order may affect the shipping and rate option available to you. Shipping rate specials apply to shipments within the continental U.S. only.

Will the U.S. Postal Service deliver my gift package if no one is home?

In order to avoid the hassle of the recipient having to be home when your Laundry order arrives at its destination, the U.S. Postal Service does not require a signature.

Are there black-out dates for delivery of my package?

The U.S. Postal Service can’t deliver our packages on Sundays or holidays. If you have a question about a delivery date, send us an email, [email protected]

How do I place an order to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to more than one address per order. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you must place separate orders.

Payment and Sales Tax

How do I pay for my purchases?

At Check Out, you can pay by credit card or e-check. Our online store cannot accept gift cards from The Laundry as a form of payment. We currently accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. If you choose to pay by e-check, your order will be processed once your payment has cleared our account.

Is State Sales Tax applied to my purchase?

Currently, we collect sales tax only on purchases made by residents of the state of Michigan. Purchases made by residents of other states are subject to the applicable use tax of those states. Classes are not taxed upon Checkout.
