Chef Jody Brunori and Head Brewer Scott Hayes are getting together to create a fun and festive beer dinner! There will be some of Scott’s wonderful mainstay beers that often on draft at The Laundry along with his heavy hitting Barrel Proof Stout and a brand new beer making it’s debut at the event; Strawberry Rhubarb Belgian Tripel! So join us in the Biergarten for a wonderful time.

$55 per person, plus tax and gratuity (a total of $63.30 per person will be charged upon checkout, which includes taxes and gratuity.)

curried chicken egg roll with habanero jelly

Second Course
“Lazy Rooster” Red Ale
braised pork belly slider with cheddar cheese and pickle slaw

blackened shrimp tostada with chipotle pepper, black beans, shredded lettuce in a cilantro vinaigrette and sliced radish

Fourth Course
Barrel Proof Stout
smoked brisket, stout BBQ sauce, corn cake, hillbilly green beans

Fifth Course
Strawberry Rhubarb Belgian Tripel
goat cheese panna cotta with graham cracker tuile and strawberry rhubarb compote

Your party will be added to our event roster once payment is confirmed. Paper tickets will not be issued for this event, but you must be on our roster to attend the The St. Innocent Wine Dinner.
